Student Government at CTHS is proud to be an active member of AASG - the Alaska Association of Student Governments.
AASG helps foster student voice and leadership as well as connect student leaders across the state.
AASG holds two conferences a year - the Fall and Spring Conferences. This student led conference is a great opportunity for students to adress their concerns, whether state or local, and present resolutions for change.
These events gather students from Student Governments in all regions of Alaska for three days of debate, speakers, workshops, leadership intensives, training opportunities, and so much more.
CTHS Student Government sends a delegation to each conference so students will have many opportunities to be a part of this great organization.
